By making a booking, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

Go Ridez United provides:

• Self-drive car rental services
• Local taxi services
• Outstation taxi services
• Airport pickup and drop services
• Other transportation-related services displayed on our website

All services are subject to vehicle availability, booking confirmation, location, and applicable service conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation is provided by Go Ridez United.

Customers must provide accurate contact, travel, identification, and booking information.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel a booking if incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information is provided.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices may depend on the vehicle category, rental duration, travel distance, pickup and drop location, booking date, seasonal demand, and additional services requested.

Customers must pay the applicable booking amount, advance payment, security deposit, or full payment as communicated during the booking process.

Additional charges incurred during or after the service may be payable separately.

4. Self-Drive Car Rental Eligibility

Customers booking a self-drive vehicle must:

• Meet the applicable minimum age requirement
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Provide valid identity and address verification documents when requested
• Follow applicable traffic and transportation laws
• Use the vehicle responsibly and only for lawful purposes

Go Ridez United may refuse vehicle handover if customer verification is incomplete or documents are invalid.

5. Vehicle Usage

Self-drive vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, speed testing, unauthorized commercial transportation, or transportation of illegal goods.

Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.

The vehicle must not be sub-rented or transferred to an unauthorized driver.

Customers may be responsible for vehicle damage, traffic challans, penalties, misuse, or losses caused during the rental period, subject to the applicable booking agreement and law.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain self-drive bookings.

The security deposit may be adjusted against unpaid charges, vehicle damage, traffic penalties, late return charges, excess usage, or other applicable dues.

The eligible remaining security deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection and settlement of applicable charges.

7. Taxi and Airport Transfer Services

Customers must provide correct pickup location, drop location, travel date, time, and contact information.

Waiting charges, parking charges, toll charges, interstate taxes, and additional distance charges may apply depending on the booking and agreed fare conditions.

8. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle images displayed on our website may be for reference purposes.

The exact vehicle model, colour, or registration number may vary depending on availability.

In case of operational or availability issues, Go Ridez United may provide a similar or suitable alternative vehicle where possible.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, follow service instructions, use vehicles responsibly, pay applicable charges, and comply with applicable laws.

Any accident, damage, breakdown, or major service issue must be reported to Go Ridez United immediately.

10. Cancellation and Refund

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy published on our website.

11. Breakdown and Operational Issues

In case of a vehicle breakdown or operational issue, customers should immediately contact Go Ridez United.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative solution depending on availability and circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

Go Ridez United will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic restrictions, government orders, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Our liability shall be subject to applicable Indian law.

13. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not misuse our website, booking process, payment system, vehicles, or services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to Terms

Go Ridez United reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
