Go Ridez United provides on-demand vehicle rental, chauffeur, and villa booking services. As these are service-based bookings rather than physical goods, there is no shipping involved.

Service Delivery

Once a booking is confirmed, the vehicle, driver, or villa access is arranged and delivered at the agreed pickup location and time.

Self-drive vehicles are handed over at the scheduled pickup point
Chauffeur-driven cars arrive at the specified pickup address
Airport transfers are coordinated around flight timings
Villa check-in details are shared ahead of the stay date

Delays

While we aim to be punctual, delivery of services may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Our team will keep customers informed of any delays.
